Budget, Estimate & Technical Drawings

Defining scope, cost, and documentation before construction begins.

In this phase, we define the scope, budget, technical documents, and next steps. This helps avoid confusion, reduce unexpected costs, and make sure everyone is aligned before the work begins.

Detailed Estimate

We prepare a detailed estimate so the investor clearly understands the project before construction begins. This estimate includes the scope of work, labor and material costs, inclusions, exclusions, estimated timeline, payment structure, and recommended upgrades.

With this information, the investor can review the project with clarity, understand the financial commitment, compare priorities, and make informed decisions before moving into construction.

Project Manager Assignment

Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the main point of contact from planning through project completion.

The Project Manager coordinates communication between the investor, contractors, designers, and our internal team while overseeing schedules, project milestones, documentation, and approved changes. Their role is to keep the project organized, on schedule, and aligned with the approved scope and budget.

Technical Drawings

Every successful project begins with a clear plan. Technical drawings translate the project’s vision into detailed construction documents that guide contractors, support permitting, and help ensure the work is completed according to the approved design.

By providing accurate plans before construction begins, we help reduce uncertainty, improve coordination, and create a smoother construction process from start to finish.

Provide clarity on what will be executed, how much it will cost, how it will be documented, and what is required to move forward into the regulatory and construction phase.
